From a single truck in Brooks, Alberta to a fleet of 8 units across two provinces — two decades of growth driven by quality and trust.
Stimtech Tubing Inspection Ltd. was incorporated in Alberta on September 15, 2005. Founded by Steven Dunsmore, the company started in the Brooks area with a single truck. The first inspection job was completed on November 20, 2005, and the company continued to grow from there.
A second truck was added in March 2006, expanding operations into the Medicine Hat area. Over the following years, Stimtech steadily spread across Southern Alberta, building a reputation for reliability and technical excellence.
In January 2009, Stimtech launched operations in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, marking the company's first interprovincial expansion. Most recently, a unit was added to the Slave Lake area in Northern Alberta, bringing the total fleet to 8 units.
Today, Stimtech serves oil and gas companies across Alberta and Saskatchewan, providing top-quality wellhead tubing inspection services with the latest non-radiation technology.
